Shoerider

1. Portmanteau
   - Shoerider

2. Encompassing words
   - Shoes
   - Rider

3. Definition
One day, I try to spend time with my friends and we decided to meet at restaurant. One of my friend has a car, the other friend has motocycle. However, at that time, I don't have any vehicle. They ask me to ride because I don't have anything to ride. I don't want to make them inconvenience to pick me up so I said to them 'I'm shoerider'. First time, they didn't understand what is 'shoerider'. I explained them that I'm ride a shoes to go restaurant.

In my opinion, portmanteau is using a lot even we don't realize. It is humorous and meaningful.

Halfway Reflection

1) Tenaciousness is a competency. What are the behaviors that you have used (or developed) to keep up with the requirements of this course?

In this course, we most learn about entrepreneurship. To success for entrepreneurship, we should keep up with some requirements. I think the most important requirements for this course is enjoy what we are doing. If we are not enjoy what we're doing, we cannot satisfy with what we put into our business. Moreover, planning is also important. All the assignments have due date. If we miss the due date, we cannot get a point. Also, builds habits for doing for plan is help to success the course and your business. In summary, enjoy the course and do what you have to do in proper time then you will success in this course.

2) Tenaciousness is also about attitude. Talk about a moment or two when you felt like "giving up." What pulled you through? Do you feel like you've developed a tenacious attitude during the past two months? What experience or experiences most contributed to this?

Honestly, I have lots of moment that I want to give up. In my case, I'm international student and it has been just 3 years to learn English. Therefore, some assignments that requires writing is very hard to complete. Past two months, I didn't developed a tenacious attitude. I gave up easily and not completed assignment. I really regret of my act because I should do it even I'm not good or wrong. However, TA encourage me to do it and also I realized I can do it by myself. I will do my best in this class.

3) Three tips. What are three tips you would offer next semester's student about (1) fostering the skills that support tenacity and (2) developing the 'tenacious mindset' ?

1. Ask for help - If you are struggle with hard assignment, it is good way to ask TA for help. Also, you can ask people near from you and take some advice. It will help you get encourage and some tips to complete the assignment.

2. Enjoy your class - This entrepreneurship course is really helpful for people who wants to do business. Even people who don't want business, it also help for values. If we don't enjoy what we are doing, chances are we won't succeed.

3. Make schedule for assignment - Check the due date for assignment and if the assignment is hard and need for much time, it is good way to start as soon as possible, not wait until its due date. some of assignment requires for interview and record so we don't know how much time we have to spend.

Idea Napkin No.1

1. My name is Jooncheol lee and I am a senior student at the University of Florida.
My talents consist of being very positive, social and creative. I have an experience in
working Samsung for internship in South Korea and did a well at there. I have a skill
that I perfected do my work what I have to do. When I graduate, I want to do my
   own business about well-being food.

2. Customers dislike junk food
Now many people try to eat healthy food instead of fast-food. However, there are
still lots of fast-food stores in everywhere because it is cheap and fast to buy the
food. Therefore, my idea is try to make well-being food such as using vegetable and
   cereal as cheaply as possible.

   Example of well-being food :
To make slush with milk and put the cereal and fruits together.
Put the vegetable to noodle dough or pizza dough.

3. I want to start the business in Gainesville. In Gainesville, it is doesn't expanding of
food market yet. Also, there are lots of students and senior citizen which I want to
target to sell the food. Students are interested in there body shape and price.

4. They try to buy well-being food because students does not working yet so
they have not enough money to buy expensive food for every meal.
Also, senior citizen they think there health so they will buy well-being food instead
   of fast food.

5. My well-being food is different with other stores about menu. It is made of vegetable
and cereal so it does not cost very much and it is easy to make. Also, in Florida, slush
is great idea menu because the weather in Florida is warm ant hot. Probably, people
   will like it !
